The house has central air; the cottage has window air conditioning. New gas grill, beautiful new pool and "cool to touch" stone deck for private sunning. Wooded lots on three sides, with 6 foot fence around the entire back yard. Bocci Court, Ping Pong table and inside games for rainy days and quiet evenings. Large screen TVs with access to your Netflix, Hulu, etc. accounts - TV in the den has most cable channels.
