The 2019 newly built 3-room duplex apartment is located in a quiet side street just a stone's throw from the sea. The center with all its restaurants and shops and the pier are about 10 minutes away on foot. The exclusive maisonette apartment for a maximum of four adults and a toddler offers you everything you need for a relaxing holiday on two levels. In the 1st The spacious and charming living / dining room with seamless transition to the very well-equipped fitted kitchen is on the upper floor. You will also find a spacious bathroom with double vanity, towel radiator and floor-level rain shower and a cozy bedroom with a large double bed (180 x 200) on this floor. Start the day on the large south / west balcony with a delicious breakfast, laze in the sun in the afternoon and enjoy the sunset with a cool drink in your hand in the evening.
