the beach house was built as an ''escape from city'' country home Fully renovated to adjust your professional hosting requirements. 500 meters away from central road and right on the beach, the

the space is divided on 2 levels that both have ground access and parking lot On upper level is located the first shower/bathroom , kitchen, dining table, salon with fire place plus 3 balconies, each with a unique view. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook and feed up to 12 people.
on the second level are located the bedrooms, toilet/shower, and storage room The master bedroom facing the sea includes a big office and plenty of space to arrange, upon request, an extra bed or infant amenities. Plenty of wardrobe space is also available.
the property is built on a 5000 sq meters plot which includes bbq terrace, stove oven, flower garden, fruit trees, herbs and grape yard and last but not least a beautiful beach
