Positive: The facilities at the beach club are fantastic. The host in Nicole and Marcus are very generous and give lots of toys and extra food bits to enjoy, not needed but appreciated. The room is spotless and the cleaning is immaculate. Rooms are kept to a good standard. Nice view of the pool from the balcony. Fantastic spot for young children or children that love pools. Resort is a great place to unwind and even play games if rainy (like it was for us) they have got many family friendly games in drawers etc. Lots of towels and linen. Lots of amenities tonight of by the hosts Overall I would stay at the resort again but room for improvement
Negative: The check in was a bit of the mess. Communication was lacking, led us to sit in a car with 2 kids outside the hotel for 40 mins waiting for hosts to bring us keys down. Would have preferred to have just been told room isn't ready, even though it was after check in time. Could have gone to the beach or something instead of sitting in car with kids getting wild Wifi in the room is pretty patchy and goes off and on quite often. Again communication was lacking in terms of the pool bar was closed for the first 2 days of 4 in our stay....it's a pretty massive feature of the hotel so to not have been told it's closed prior was a bit unfortunate, nothing they could do but would have been nice to know so your not let down etc New pillows would be nice as they were lumpy but that's personal preference
