Summary: My husband and I stayed from March 31st - April 11th. This property is very nice, the property is relatively quiet in terms of occupants. An active train track is next to the property and quite a few trains do go thru the day and night with horns, after a day orbtwo you really dont hear then anymore. My husband and I used the larger pool daily and had it to ourselves most days. The pool was not heated and is cool, but the hot tub was nice.. The condo has quite a few stairs to get into. The bathtub/shower and its deeper and has a step to get into it in the middle with no grab bar and it was a bit difficult. Plenty if bath towels. It was clean, however there were a few pieces of food on the floor and dust bunnies in a few places. The bed was a memory foam mattress and was comfortable and has a larger walk in closet, but no dresser. The kitchen was well stocked, but it only has a keurig coffee maker, a 12 cup pot would have been preferred. We did have a issue with the garage door code not working, but it did open with the button inside the garage. The property owner happened to be clise and did meet us to look at it. Trailers are not allowed on the property, we ended up keeping it in the garage and parked our truck outside. Most restaurants and activities are about 15 minutes and its an easy drive in both directions. The beach is about a 10 minute walk and was 16 miles of sugar sand. Overall this was a great pick and we will be back.
