- tenant must be 25 to rent premises (any variance of this requirement must be disclosed and approved in writing by gcg at booking or signing of the contract) and must remain at home during the entire rental period Codes will not be release to anyone but the reserving Tenant.
- there must be 1 adult over the age of 25 for every 2 individuals under the age of 25 during the rental period (any variance must be disclosed prior to booking and approved in writing by gcg)
- tenant will not allow guests in excess of the listed maximum occupancy of premises during rental period Parties and/or events are not allowed during rental period. Commercial photography or Videography are also not allowed without prior written consent by GCG.
- there is no vaping or smoking allowed in the home, on porches, or balconies Please seek the designated smoking area (if applicable)..
