avondale is not a party house Sound carries greatly at Avondale. The neighbours (one of your hosts is also a neighbour) are very sensitive to noise. If you are planning any kind of party or loud gathering please look elsewhere for your accommodation. feel free to discuss your stay plans with your hosts before booking,

there is a small selection of pool toys provided & the pink flamingo is for guest use

fully stocked kitchen with all the appliances you might need for a weekend or a week or two Some basic condiments plus tea, coffee, sugar, spices etc are provided for your use.
note: the coffee pod machine takes aldi brand pods - a variety is provided for guests

the laundry features a washing machine plus an additional powder room No dryer is provided however there is a washing line for drying under the carport.
