the town house is set up as follows;
- downstairs has large open plan lounge, dinning, modern kitchen with laundry and toilet attached There is a Queen size fold out sofa bed plus study nook in loungeroom don't forget about the 65" Android TV. Free WIFI.
- upstairs has 2 generous bedrooms both with king size beds and a full size bathroom Both upstairs bedrooms have oversized built in wardrobes.
bedroom two has a king size bed which can be converted into two singles
- there is good size undercover outdoor area with dining table and outdoor lounge Webber family Q, BBQ.
- the yard is secure (fully fenced ) with plenty of grass
- there is also a clothes line in the court yard

we allow small pets on request They must be declared on booking. We don’t allow them on the furniture or bedding and request they are kept to the ground floor. We also ask that any doggie ablution is picked wth the bags provided and hygienically disposed of. If there is evidence of pets having been on the furniture or upstairs including bedding we will request a further cleaning fee of $150.

disturbance to neighbours including excessive noise, music and unruly behaviour is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund If a noise complaint is received; a first warning will be given. If a second complaint is received this will result in immediate eviction with no refund. We have a limited noise policy from 8pm and strictly no noise from 10pm. Unfortunately we do not except groups of males.
