Positive: The convenience of the location to downtown and the decor.

Negative: The bed was quite uncomfortable and when the a/c unit in the room was on it made the air and the furniture feel 'very sticky / wet' and had a slight mildew odor to the room. We were only there for one evening because we attended a funeral.
