However, by agreeing to our Airbnb House Rules, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks involved with participating in these activities and that hot tubs, stairs, bunk beds, indoor/outdoor stairs, and campfires may present dangers for adults and children. Children must be carefully supervised at all times when near the water. The gate to the hot tub area must remain closed at all times. If you swim or use the fire pit (especially children) we strongly recommend the use of life jackets which can be provided by request for you and your guests. Because the water in the entire hot tub is only a few feet deep, no diving off of anywhere is allowed. By agreeing to the House Rules, you acknowledge the potential risks discussed above, agree to accept full responsibility for any bodily injury that may occur to you and others in your party, and waive any claim whatsoever against the owners for accidents or claims arising from these activities.
