Eagle Rock is a lovely, family friendly community about 15 minutes away from the Rose Bowl/Pasadena, Highland Park, Silver Lake, Echo Park, and Downtown LA.
our 2,600sf brutalist home is filled with vintage furniture and top-notch amenities, ensuring that your stay is as comfortable as possible We love to cook and entertain which makes our home ideal for families and small groups alike.
the living room has a fireplace, smart tv, and plenty of seating, which makes it a nice place for the family to spend time together A short flight up from the Living Room is the Dining Room, which gets great light throughout the day. We find it a lovely place to work. Our Fully Equipped Kitchen is perfect for those who love to cook, featuring top-of-the-line appliances and ample space to prepare gourmet meals. If you like to grill, we have 2 Webers, a smoker, and an Ooni pizza oven.

we also have 5 outdoor spaces, including an upper terrace with a dining table large enough to seat 12 people, 2 lounge areas, 2 balconies, and a spacious deck off the primary bedroom
the 3rd floor boasts 3 cozy bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms The Primary Suite has a King bed with a Saatva Organic Luxury Firm mattress, a Private Full Bathroom, and a Private Deck for morning coffee. The other 2 Guest Rooms have Queen beds with Saatva Organic Luxury Firm Mattresses, and they share a Full Bathroom.
the washer and dryer are located on the bedroom level, making it easy to keep your wardrobe fresh throughout your stay
if you have a car driveway will be open There is also space in front of the garage, and parking across the street. There is a Tesla charger in the driveway.

* there is a camera at the front door only There are no cameras inside the house.
* our gardener visits every saturday around 3pm to clear the debris in front of our home
* our property is not pet-friendly We have 2 dogs of our own, so if you’re highly allergic to dogs, our place may not be for you. Why don’t we accept pets? We have found, from past experience, other dogs tend to mark. Simply put, we have had too many incidents.
