Positive: Location, atmosphere.
Negative: Space ín the bathroom is taken away by the cupboard. You cannot wash hands, cannot wash teeth or shave without spilling stuff on the floor/ on your clothes as the cupboard blocks the space above the sink. The cupboard is - and remains - empty during your stay as one cannot use it because of the limited space. A simple shelf would be an improvement - not a dislike just a friendly recommendation.
Summary: Perfect mountain apartment.
