Positive: The scenery was quite remarkable. The condominium is conveniently located near the bus station and within walking distance of excellent dining options. The highlight of this residence is undoubtedly the kitchen, which is fully equipped with a variety of modern gadgets. The property itself is both aesthetically pleasing and recently renovated.
Negative: I would like to bring to your attention a few areas where I believe there is room for improvement. Firstly, there was a lack of attention to detail during my stay. I found that there was only one roll of toilet paper, which necessitated me purchasing more, and there was also no shampoo or body wash provided. As I was hiking the TMB, carrying these items was not my priority. Additionally, I had booked the accommodation specifically for the washer and dryer features, but I encountered no directions regarding their location or whether there was an additional fee for using them (the sign indicated 1 CHF per 30 minutes). Furthermore, there were no extra towels available, and it seems that there may be a termite problem that requires prompt attention. Despite these issues, I must emphasize that the place itself is wonderful. However, I believe that addressing these concerns would greatly enhance the overall experience for guests. Lastly, it was unexpected for me to discover a tourist tax of 3.60 CHF per person, per night, which I think would be beneficial to communicate clearly in advance. Thank you for considering these points for possible improvements.
