a car is not essential as the apartment is located within a two minute walk from shrewsbury train station and a short walk up castle street will bring you to the centre of the bustling town with its narrow old streets (known locally as shuts) boutique shops, darwin and pride hill shopping centres, museums and castle and every type of restaurant and bar you could wish for
