Positive: The place is great. The pool was amazing, and it was a lot more pleasant to spend time here than on the beach. There was always enough space on the sun loungers. We enjoyed the sauna too. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable, good quality of towels and bed sheets. Shower had good pressure and hot water. TV with Netflix. Good AC (although impossible to control in the living room, it was on if the power was on). It was quiet at night. There was a free bottle of rose as a welcome gift.
Negative: The communication was not the easiest. We came early and wanted to drop off our bags, but even though we asked no one told us there was a luggage storage (which there was). I also made a mistake when booking and booked for 1 person instead of 2 (my fault, obviously). When I realised this, I checked Booking for different dates and it made no difference to the price whether I tired to book for 1 or 2 people. After mentioning this error to the host they tried to charge us more, and I had to send them various screenshots of Booking and argue about it before they agreed to keep the price unchanged.
