The view is beautiful and the view over the woods is restful. The house has very thick stone walls so it stays cool in summer. In winter it is heated with a nice ceramic wood stove and two fireplaces, electric heaters. On the ground floor you enter a large living room with 3 tables, 3-seater sofa, two armchairs and a large stone fireplace, a bathroom with shower and kitchen with fridge, electric oven, 5-burner hob, dishwasher and washing machine and exit on the garden. A stone staircase leads to the upper floor where the second bathroom is located, a characteristic small living room with a wood stove. From this pleasant room you enter the bedrooms and with 4 stone steps to a large hall obtained from the old barn. Here, heated by a nice fireplace, you can enjoy hours of relaxation, listening to music and in the company of friends. The living room is on two levels, has a ceiling with exposed beams, stone walls and is illuminated by 3 large windows from which you can enjoy a restful view of the beautiful Tuscan countryside. the 4 rooms are located on the 1st floor and have the names given by the guests:
