the ground floor has a fully equipped fitted kitchen, spacious open living room and dining room, one wc, external verandas and a country style barbeque The large exclusive veranda is exceptionally sheltered to dine or just relax and watch the colorful windsurfing’s display on the clear blue waters of kipri beach.
all three bedrooms are located on the first floor One master bedroom with a king size double bed and its own en suite bathroom, one bedroom with a king size double bed and one more bedroom with two single beds. A second bathroom is also located on the first floor serving the two bedrooms.
