the best views from mooloolaba to coolum are from the top of the rise in alexandra headland With the sweep of the bay and glistening ocean below you, you may not want to leave the apartment. All of this with the added attractions of the surf break directly in front of the property.

there is ground floor covered garage parking for one vehicle with entry from edward street, extra car parking on the roadside in front of the apartment building
the apartment is on the second floor There is a lift if you choose not to take the stairs.

we endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc. all linen is provided and is premium linen service”

We do value our wonderful apartment and the well being of our neighbours. If we have reports of a party, event, function and / or complaints from neighbours, we will investigate and if necessary ask you to immediately vacate the premises. I cannot stress highly enough this is a lovely property for families, friends and small groups, who want a quiet, peaceful time whilst they are here.
the cleaning charge for your stay is levied on a normal clean, if guests have left garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, cigarette smell (which we will have cleaned) they will be levied for all additional cleaning and replacement costs
