rental process / rules
all rental communication with the owner will be via email and only with the group leader
confirm all passports are valid for your entire travel dates, which may vary by airline
select “book now,” check availability, enter information and credit card
50% of the invoice must be paid in order to secure the reservation, with the remainder due 60 days prior to check-in date 100% due at booking for New Year’s, Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks.
guest agrees to pay a refundable damage deposit of $700 usd via credit card, paypal or check at time of booking Any damages in excess of "normal wear and tear" will be deducted from the deposit, which will be returned within one week of check-out.

once your rental deposit and agreement is complete, you will receive:
confirmation and payment receipt with a link to your agreement
a trip planner with directions, safety rules, trip tips and option to request a shopping trip and plan any meal preparations
one week before arrival, the group leader will be requested to provide important security information Once received, we will send your private door code by email.
