Summary: We stay in this area for more than 30 Years. The first time in this location. No heating, no cooling was necessary for the time we stand there. It was very quiet. No german TV. But Internet was there. The Apartment layout was very good. Only one Key for the entrance door to the estate was not correctly, but the second Key was fine.
