> we do not offer cooking condiments but you are welcome to buy anything you need from a nearby grocery store
> we utilize the triple sheet methods for all our beds, which means we do not usually use fitted sheets or duvet covers this ensures all your linens are fresh and clean (you might be surprised to know that without the triple sheet system, some hotels/hostels actually do not change their duvet covers!)
> the basic pricing per night is for 4 guests Each additional guest requires $25 per person per night. The additional guest fee goes toward accommodation necessities such as utilities, supplies, and tears and wears on the property. VRBO should automatically calculate the accurate nightly pricing for you according to the number of guests inputted under "guests".
> please note that we charge $150/pet per stay

> we are also located close to a greenbelt/neighbors' backyard During rainy seasons, you may find some ants and insects seeking shelter from the rain! Our properties have routine pest control services but please take note of this as a minor FYI for what we cannot control.

please sort out trash and dispose it into appropriate bins Please leave it in cans inside the house if you’re not sure where to throw it and our cleaners will take care of it.
< lost & found >
please double-check that you have all personal belongings before you leave! if you leave something behind, we’re happy to assist under the following conditions:
- we do not guarantee that lost items will be found, as housekeeping may not always recover them
- if found, items can be shipped to you for a $35 handling fee plus shipping costs
- lost and found items will be held for up to 2 weeks after check-out After this period, unclaimed items may be discarded or donated.
