Cute, fun, newly remodeled, nicely furnished and conveniently located home.
full kitchen and separate bedroom with a king bed! enjoy the washer, dryer and gas grill! please note that this is a duplex with one attached wall so at times you may hear your neighbors The street out front does have traffic.
freeway close, 10 to 15 minutes to the zoo, san diego state university (4 miles away), downtown san diego, and 15 minutes to coronado and beaches we also allow pets and offer a pet sitting service if you need to drop your dog off at our home while you hit the town! these homes have a full kitchen which saves money from eating out all the time! there is a small enclosed backyard in each home for 'hangin out, bbq or a place for your pet to roam! yes, we are pet friendly upon approval! the parking is right at your front door and the grocery store is a one minute drive or few minute walk! as the owners, we live about 2 minutes away and hope to make your stay awesome!!
