getting around:
the property is conveniently located halfway between tybee island’s beaches (15-min) and downtown savannah (10-min) You can easily Uber/Lyft to either side if you're not interested in driving around - but you will definitely need transportation to get around between those places as the roadways are not walkable due to the lack of sidewalks. You can certainly go for a morning stroll on the in the Town of Thunderbolt, where the property is located, here as they are mostly quiet during the day and do have sidewalks.
there is a very nice publix grocery store approximately six minutes from the house In the event of an emergency, you can go to Urgent Care 24/7 in Whitemarsh (6-minute drive). The Chatham County Police Precinct is approximately 2.5-miles. And the closest fire emergency station is 1.5-miles away.
