Comfortable dining area for 6, living room with fireplace, conversation area, dual CD and wifi sound system, library with TV, game room with mini-billiards table, chess. 2 BRs, each with fireplace, private bath. Bedroom 1, king-sized bed, desk, Capitol Reef sunrise view from bed. Bath has double sinks and walk-in shower, also with views! Beyond, a walk-in closet with washer and dryer. (Another washer/dryer in utility room.) Bedroom 2, two twin beds put together to make king. En suite bathroom. Both BRs very large. Perfect for 2 adult couples traveling together. Each has privacy but lots of common space. Owner's bedroom won't be occupied when you are there and kept locked. But available by special arrangement. Library well-stocked with novels and art books. Eclectic and interesting art collection including Chinese scholars' rocks and photographs. Views are the most staggering works of art, and all windows designed to frame them. BBQ available. Ping-pong table in garage. Great base for exploring one of the most beautiful, least spoiled areas of America. Excellent management by April Morrison. Perfect for family gathering.
