the architect deigned spacious villa which has 4 air conditioned bedrooms with 4 bathrooms and can easily accommodate up to 8-10 in comfort + 2 with the addition of renting the casita at a special discounted rate (*ask for details & options)
the totally separate and fully self contained spacious oceanfront casita with very high ceilings and palapa roof sleeps 2 in a romantic setting complete with fully equipped kitchen, king size bed, beautiful ensuite with oversized shower and can be rented separately
with renting both the villa & casita, the property can accommodate a maximum of 14 people in a well designed and spacious & luxurious setting

the property is 5 levels in total from the street to the ocean cliff where there is private stairs that provide low tide access to the rock pools and beach below
on the first 3 levels is the 3000 square foot luxury villa At the entrance level is parking and the beautiful entrance foyer as well as the studio chapel room. there is also a 1000 square ft roof garden, which makes an excellent group room for yoga, meditation or simply entertaining or hanging out in the hammocks
the large 400sf master suite has a king size bed with large en-suite Adjacent to the Master is a sitting room with a Twin. There is a Private bedroom off of the living room/kitchen with a Full size bed, AC and access to a Full Bathroom steps away. Downstairs there are TWO (2) Beautiful Beachside Suites with an oversized widow giving each suite an AMAZING ocean View. EACH Beachside suite has TWO full sized beds, beautiful en-suite with large shower, Air-conditioned, & Smart TV. The suites are private & Separated by a small kitchen/gathering area.
the separate casita is located on the edge of the property set right above the ocean It has a fully equipped kitchen, large bedroom with a Queen size bed (Sleeps up to 2), Beautiful ensuite with oversized shower.
the pool area is tropical garden paradise with breathtaking ocean views The elevated swimming pool & patio area is the perfect place to relax, take in the wonders of the sea & truly enjoy your vacation.
the private beach and the ocean can be directly accessed by stairs from the casita level and you can walk around the headland to ocean pools
villa del olas is perfectly situated for surfers, or those that love the ocean & whether you find peace & tranquility in the sight & sounds or joy in swimming, this is the perfect place for you You can walk for 5 mins around the headland path to Palmarcito beach which often has a nice wave that you will have to yourself! All of the other respected breaks such as K61, K59 El Zonte, Sunzal, La Bocana, Punta Roca, and La Paz are all easily accessible.

a local guide can be provided to drive you to and orientate you with any or all of the excellent locations on offer within a 10klm radius of villa las olas such as mizata , k61 , k59 , el zonte, sunzal , bocanita , bocana , la paz and punta roca Lessons for beginners are also available.
if you’re up for an adventure then an overnight or longer “surfari” can be arranged to the more remote and often epic punta mango and las flores breaks
