villa ortensia is a magnificent single-level villa located in geremeas residence, just 40 meters from geremeas beach (marongiu beach), which can be reached in less than a minute on foot The house is located within the private area of the residence, access to which is allowed only to owners of the remote control that opens the bar. Villa Ortensia is suitable to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people, having two double rooms, two twin rooms with single beds (which can be joined into a double if desired) and two bathrooms. The property is accessed through a gate that allows cars to be parked in the clearing in front of the house. The front of the house leads to the fully equipped kitchen from which one enters the dining area with a large table that comfortably accommodates all guests and a large and comfortable living room with two brand new three-seater sofas and a 55'' smart TV of the latest generation with satellite decoder that allows viewing of all Italian digital terrestrial channels and many foreign channels, as well as the possibility of accessing streaming channels. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning / dehumidifier / heat pump, also present in the living room. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
