4 Bedroom Cottage in Manitou Beach-Devils Lake, Manitou beach
Free standing ranch home located on 550 acre “all sports” Round Lake. Cottage has very large (15*40 feet)cement patio that overlooks the lake with great views and lake breezes. Cottage shares the property with 2 other cottages. The lakeshore is great for swimming, with a hard sand shallow bottom which is perfect for kids of all ages. Property enjoys free use of 2 kayaks, or bring your own boat and dock it on the large dock. Or, I have a nice pontoon boat available for rent as well ($700/week, $150/day). Please note that I do not provide sheets or towels.
attention pet owners: though i do allow pets, there is no immediate grass space immediately outside the door, you will need to walk your dog down the steps or down the road and pick up after them
