*-note for the elderly: there are some stone steps along the path to the apartment that must be navigated Also due to weather effect the stone patio by the front door can get a bit uneven so please watch your step. See pic.

closest hiking and biking trails in ute valley 5 min but there are many more!! blodgett peak etc…
tons of shopping and eating within 5 mins, briargate, and other areas are a 5 - 15 drive and offer everything you could possibly need
colorado springs is beautiful and very well laid out You can get pretty much anywhere of major interest in or under 15-20 min.
