we are accepting reservations for the 2025 cooperstown area baseball camps and other tourists!
enjoy the exclusive use of the ground level of our home, which includes two bedrooms, one bathroom and a living room When you rent with us, you will be the only guests in this rental. Each bedroom has an air conditioning unit. Although there is not a full kitchen, there is a new kitchen sink with counter top, a compact refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, toaster oven, hot water pot, Keurig and auto drip coffee maker. There are dishes (large and small plates, bowls, mugs, glasses and wineglasses) and flatware. Also provided is a gas grill.

the rental includes a large front porch for relaxing, and the property includes many flower beds Our 65 acres includes walking trails, a pond, two streams and is bordered by 1,250 acres of New York State forest. Previous renters enjoy relaxing at the rental and/or walking through the trails through the woods that are right outside your door. We are conveniently located for quick access to the Village of Cooperstown, Cooperstown Dreams Park and a direct drive to Cooperstown All Star Village. this property is great for unwinding as we are tucked in the woods where it's peaceful and relaxing, yet only a short drive to cooperstown!
