Summary: We have had an amazing week. The hostess was both reactive and engaging, no question to big or to small. From the outset, we were cared for. The house is a beautiful home set in a beautiful, friendly and delightful part of Normandy. Once the local routine established, shops open/shut, locations of markets established it was a wonderful seven days. Great walks, historic visits, cycle rides...amazing (quiet roads, forest lanes). The market towns a place of fine food and relaxed lunches - inexpensive. Local medical service brilliant and all the towns within a ten minute drive. Maps in the house, a great fire and peace.
