This gorgeous condo with 3 bedroom with King Size Beds is located on the top floor has a wrap around balcony giving you a panoramic view of the mountains and the ocean. The condo with it's beautiful decor invites you to come in and relax. It offers a full kitchen with all it amenities coffee maker, blender, kettle, full fridge, stove and microwave. With a short walk you are at the beach or enjoy the infinity pool with swim up bar.Want to do a little barbecue there is free barbecues in the barbecue area. Need to work out the Dawn Beach has a plenty of weights and cardio machines. At the front gate and turn left you can get a great early morning workout climbing Melford Hazel Road with some beautiful sunrise views over the ocean. Coming Soon another pool and various gift shops and a grocery store will be available.
you are just minutes away from the french side of st Marrten with incredible French Cuisine Restaurants or take a 20 min drive back into Philipsburg for some shopping and more culinary delight restaurants.
