this single-storey gite, built in 2018 has a refined, modern décor and everything you need for a carefree holiday And the icing on the cake is a fitness area (open 09.00 - 20.00 free of charge) with infra-red sauna, outdoor hot tub, exercise bikes and rowing machine! The gite has a large lounge-diner with open-plan kitchen (combined oven-microwave). Bedroom 1 : king-size bed. Bedroom 2 : 2 single beds. Shower room. WC with hand basin. South-facing patio and small private garden. A semi-detached gite, next to gite no 716, close to the owner's home (shared fitness area). Price includes all charges. All linen provided. Local tourist tax payable directly to the owner. 2 security deposits payable : 350€ for the gite and 50€ for cleaning. Laundry facilities shared with gite no716.
