Welcome to a coastal house with a farm feel and a fantastic courtyard! A house that in recent years has been renovated and modernized to today's standard but still managed to maintain its charm. Here you can just step in and enjoy and have a comfortable holiday. It is incredibly well planned, which makes it perfect for the larger group. The fact that you also only live about 600 meters from the sea and out in the green Österlen means that you have an incredible amount to experience and do just a short drive away. On the lower level, you step into a large hall with good space for clothes or shoes. Adjacent you have a spacious living room with an inviting sofa group and a large dining table. Here people like to sit and have a good time, socialize and play a game. Of course, you should also light the stove if desired, wood is included. The heart of the house is the kitchen, it's so nice and you're happy to stand here cooking and eating your breakfast. An old fine wood stove is also here as the finishing touch (not used). The house's bathroom is well proportioned with a bathtub. You also have a washing machine, which makes your stay even more comfortable. There is also a wash basin and toilet here. Here you also have a sauna where you can easily sit 3 people. How good it is after a little swim in the sea. The bedroom on the lower level has a double bed (180 cm) and a TV. On the upper floor you have a bedroom with a double bed (180 cm) and also a simpler extra bed here. Outside the bedroom you have a toilet and a lovely family room with large TV and chromecast. The good sofa can then easily be converted into a sofa bed (140cm). As I said, an upper floor which can be perfect for the older children/teenagers or if you are a group of two. Outside the doors, you have a large partly private terrace where you can enjoy the fine Scanian evenings with something good to drink and eat. You have a grill, perhaps for your purchased fish down in Kåseberga. Wherever you are on the grounds, there is a place for you and your party. The fact that there is also a greenhouse in which you can sit long into the evening or take a good bath in the spa bath with room for 4 makes the whole thing much better. What more is there to wish for? A wonderful place that you will be happy to return to! This is a place for you who want to get away from stress and city life, where tranquility is the focus. If you want to go on excursions, this place is very well located. You have the sea only 600 meters away and there is also a bathing area at the beach a little further away. You have incredibly nice beaches along Ystad, Löderup beach and Sandhammaren. You have Ystad, Simrishamn, Tomelilla if you want to shop, eat well or just walk around. You have a very popular Café down here "Olof Viktors" which is highly recommended. Feel free to also visit the Old Bakery - Örnahusen, Fredrik på Eklaholm and Glimmingehus. A few miles away you have Ale's stones, Kåseberga and much more. For the children there is a lot to explore such as Skåne Zoo, Ystad Zoo and Tosselilla Summerland and much more. You can even take the ferry from Ystad to Bornholm. Also take the opportunity to fish in all of Skåne's wonderful lakes.
