to respect our neighbors' peace and quiet, we kindly request that you observe quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am We strive to provide the most comfortable, clean, and well-maintained rental home for our guests, and we appreciate your cooperation.

for the comfort and safety of all our guests, we strictly prohibit smoking inside the house If any signs of smoking are detected, a violation fee of $300 will be charged.
4【no animals】
as much as we love animals, unfortunately, our property is animal-free due to the homeowner's allergies to animal danders/hairs We have received an exemption from Airbnb, and we kindly request that you refrain from bringing any animals with you during your stay. If an unauthorized animal is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately, and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.
