On the ground floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, underfloor heating and sauna, so you have a good opportunity to relax. The kitchen, dining and living room are located on the 1st floor, from where you have a beautiful view of the water and the area. From here there is access to the practically covered terrace on the 1st floor, the so-called loggia, where you can extend the beautiful summer evening and enjoy panoramic views of the dike and the beach behind.
