the space:

guests will enter through the front door by using a digital keypad Step into the entryway, allowing access to the upper or lower levels of the home. On the upper level, you will find a large family room with ample seating for everyone to enjoy! Watch your favorite shows on our large SmartTV. Off the living room, you will find a dining room with a table and eight chairs. Continue into our fully stocked eat-in kitchen with an additional dining table and access to the beautiful screened-in porch. Upstairs is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, two additional bedrooms, and another full bath.
on the lower level of our home, you will find an additional living space and another smarttv The two couches pull out into queen-size sleeper sofas if needed. You will also find three more bedrooms on the lower level and another full bathroom.
the backyard has a private above-ground pool, two picnic tables off the back patio, and a charcoal grill this is the perfect spot to enjoy time with family and friends!
note: we have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. thanks for understanding!

we do have free parking available on site, so guests are welcome to drive their personal vehicles Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area to take you anywhere you need to go if you decide not to drive.

almost everything you could need is with in a 5 minute drive of our home making it easy for guests to navigate the area However, Uber and Lyft are available for those interested in using their services.

we require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book
if you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
we are a pet friendly home Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
