the beautiful private garden boasts several terracing with a stunning scenic view of the valley below including the wonderful infinity pool (18m x 4m - open from 1st may to 30th september) and furnished with garden armchairs, chaise longues and a pizza oven

interior description
villa cerreto has been completely renovated in a truly authentic tuscan style The villa is spread on two levels for a total of 500sqm. The villa can comfortably sleep up to 14 people in 7 bedrooms. There are 5 double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms. There are also 7 bathrooms.
on the ground floor you will find the main entrance which looks out onto the garden, terraces and infinity pool Here you will also find the spacious and well equipped kitchen which can also become the breakfast room, a dining room with fireplace and guest bathroom (just WC). On the same floor you will also find two double bedrooms (one green and one red one). Each of these bedrooms has it owns en-suite bathroom with double sink and bathtub. The master bedroom is a lilac colour and has an anteroom / living room and a bathroom with shower and bathtub.
from the kitchen, a wide patio door leads on out to the patio and terrace which is decked with an umbrella for outdoor dining In the once "lemon house" the current owners have created a very naturally cool pathway that leads onto the solarium terrace and to the right a small internal courtyard that leads onto the dependence which houses the laundry and ironing room on the ground floor along with a storage room, two bathrooms on the upper floor, one with a shower and the other with just a toilet.
furthermore, you will find 3 more rooms in the attic part and which have communicating doors (they are divided by walls and not by a door) There is also a living room and two twin bedrooms. The height of the ceiling varies (being in the attic) so these rooms are advisable only to children. Apart from the solarium terrace, there is another bedroom with private bathroom with shower, which is also separate from the main building.
from the main entrance, stairs lead up to the first floor to a lovely spacious and bright living room with stunning views from the windows over towards the valley This room leads onto the master suite (blue) with en-suite bathroom with double sink and bathtub. To the side of the property there is a lovely covered loggia with stone arches. This area is perfect for enjoying the views and sipping a glass of wine in complete peace and relaxation.
near to the property, but separate, you will find the staff quarters who work for the property owners They have access to the house from the solarium terrace. This building doesn't face the villa to ensure complete and total privacy for guests.
the property has 3 fridges We highly recommend you not to overload them otherwise they may not be able to keep the temperature low enough.

this luxury villa, located in the chianti region near siena, is one of the best choices if you wish to relax, visit interesting places and have all the modern amenities and services you can imagine The villa, which has been renovated in 2008, is really nice, and the location is just perfect.

outside the property there is also the service accommodation for the staff who work in the house, and also the accommodation for the caretakers of the villa with an entrance door from the sun terrace, but without overlooking it, and therefore maintaining complete privacy for the guests
