downstairs an entrance hallway gives access to the cloakroom and wc, living room and kitchen The fully integrated kitchen includes an induction hob, double oven, microwave, full-sized fridge freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, dining table seating 8 and adjacent utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. french doors give access to the outside area which provides a paved area running along the entire back of the house with two seating areas, perfect for alfresco dining, as well as an adjacent grassed area, all of which is fully enclosed for those who don’t leave home without the dog (subject to prior arrangement when booking and a small surcharge, pets are welcome provided they stay downstairs)!
the lounge is a well-proportioned space and benefits from a smart tv, relaxing sofa’s, a log burner, and a set of french doors also leading out into the rear garden

The beaches can also be your gateway to the Gower and Wales Coastal path which can take you to Oxwich if you head east and Rhossili if you head west.
