At the bottom of this road is this cozy and comfortable cottage at height with nice views. You also have tall spruce trees and pine here in this cozy cottage area. In the evenings or on a colder day, you also have the opportunity to make a fire in the cottage. An incredibly well-planned cottage for families with children, the fisherman or for those who travel with animals. The plot is large and you have plenty of space to let the children play freely and the dog run around as it is also fenced. You are welcomed into the cottage via a large entrance perfect for clothes and shoes. The cottage is divided into living room, bathroom, two bedrooms and kitchen. In one bedroom there is a double bed that can accommodate two people (140x200cm). In the second bedroom there are two single beds 90 + 105cm. There is also an extra bed here if you are 5 people in the company traveling. The living room with wood burning stove is a lovely place in the evening. There are also TVs with chromecast and internet. In the living room you have two larger sofas and a dining area. There is a well-planned bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine and washbasin. Outdoors there is furniture and a charcoal grill you are welcome to use. There is also a storage room you can use for fishing equipment or other things. A couple of kilometers away you have Sövdesjön where it is possible to swim and buy an ice cream in the small kiosk. An incredibly beautiful lake with jetty and small sandy beach! For those who want to fish, you also have Björkadammen a few kilometers away. An optimal cottage for those who need beds, large outdoor areas, proximity to lakes, nature and experiences! If you want to go on excursions throughout Österlen, this place is very well located. You have a beach and outdoor swimming pool down at Nybrostrand and Ystad just a short drive away. You also have Ystad, Simrishamn, Tomelilla if you want to shop, eat well or just walk around. If you want a big city, you can reach Malmö by car in 35 minutes. You have a very talked about Café down here "Olof Viktors" which is highly recommended. A few miles away you have Ales stones, Kåseberga and several lakes for both swimming and fishing. You can even take the ferry from Ystad to the small cozy island of Bornholm.
