The apartment is located with a view of the sea, harbor and central Lysekil in a quiet and pleasant area within walking distance of Gullmarsbaden's wonderfully nice and child-friendly sandy beach. From here you are also within walking distance of the summer town's city center with everything that entails such as market stalls, shopping, restaurants, boating, music and much more. Via a staircase on the side of the villa you first reach the apartment's balcony with summer furniture and further through the entrance door into a welcoming hall from which you then reach all the rooms in the apartment. The apartment has a nice kitchen with kitchen furniture, stove, microwave, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, large living room with dining room furniture, sofa bed and armchair, two bedrooms, one with a single bed and a large bedroom with a comfortable double bed, bathroom with shower. The apartment's balcony area with summer furniture (barbecue not allowed) is located as a private oasis in a lush environment, a lovely place where you can enjoy a good meal and discuss the day's adventures or plan new excursions.
