the cottage is nestled on a quiet side street, a short walk to the beach, restaurants, ice cream, arcade and mini putt In addition to being just off the main beach strip, this is a perfect central location for exploring the local wineries and breweries that make up the "Toast the Coast Trail". If you are an adventure-seeker, we are also very close to nearby hiking, zip-lining, and tree-top trekking at Long Point Eco-Adventures, as well as Turkey Point Provincial Park, and a couple of local golf courses.
after a day filled with your favourite activities, sit by the fire in the expansive backyard and enjoy an unmatched view of the stars (maybe even with a bottle of local wine you picked up earlier in the day!) Loved by our family for more than 20 years, this cottage is perfect for families, couples, and friends alike who want to enjoy the best of Norfolk County.
what's included: bedding, hand towels, and soaps (dish soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner) are provided Each bed has two pillows. Please bring your own bath/shower towels (though these can be provided on request). If you will be using the pull out sofa, please bring your own bedding & pillows.
the kitchen: the kitchen is stocked with essential cookware and silverware as well as salt, pepper, olive oil, paper towel, and basic cleaning supplies
other things to know: there is a local (small) grocery/lcbo a short drive away in turkey point and a gas station ~15 minutes away The nearby town of Simcoe has all the city slicker amenities and is a great stop on your way in for groceries, etc.
