A piece of Heaven in the middle of the woods, it's a bird sanctuary, with a private lake and a pond. The property is off the beaten path and yet easily accessible from both Toronto and Buffalo, located 15 min drive from Niagara Falls. We have been feeding birds for 30 years so upon arrival, you will be greeted by a variety of different bird species. You can relax and walk the multiple paths through the lush fields to your own private swimming lake that has been stocked with bass in case there is a fisherman in your group. Alternatively, you can sit back and enjoy the quiet and solaces of just being in nature. The house itself is cozy with multiple rooms and areas to congregate or you can find a quite nook to have solo time if that is what you wish. When it comes to unwinding in the colder months there is a claw foot tub, a wood burning fireplace and a sauna; in the warmer months, hammocks, outdoor couches to relax on after a long day of wine touring, or fishing on the Niagara River or spending the day at any of the numerous close by and beautiful beaches.
