additional persons policy: some guests have not been honest about the number of people in their party so i'd like to be very clear about this policy I will always try to be as accommodating as possible so if you have a special request please ask. that said if you do not honestly state the number of people in your party it will result in a loss of your damage deposit and potential additional cleaning charges

a Posted rates are for the first couple. There is a $12.00 fee per additional guest per night. Fee does not apply for Infants 12 months old or younger at time of visit, do not list in the guest count just indicate in your email.
b if you check-in with more guests than what is on your reservation and the total number of guests does not exceed 10, you will be charged an extra fee of $100 per person per night. If you check-in with more than 10, your reservation will be terminated and we will keep the total cost of the reservation. Maximum occupancy per reservation is always 10 guests.
c Once you check-in, you will not be able to add/invite more guests for the duration of your stay. If these terms are violated, we will terminate your reservation and keep your security deposit.
