enter a foyer opening to the main living area on the first floor The living room has comfortable seating and a decorative fireplace (not for tenant use). A slider and full wall of windows frame beautiful, ever-changing harbor views. The slider leads to the custom upper deck with panoramic water views. The separate dining room has a large table with room for all and shares the wonderful view. The kitchen, just off the dining room, has an electric cooktop and wall oven. The living room, dining room and kitchen all have vaulted ceilings. Just off the kitchen is the conveniently located laundry room with washer, dryer and sink.
down the hall from the foyer is a den with sofa and desk--a quiet spot to catch up on emails Off the hall is a bathroom with shower. One of the home's four bedrooms is on the first floor. This, the primary bedroom, has a king bed, a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with separate tub and shower. There is also a private door to the upper deck, vaulted ceiling and amazing harbor views.

The path winds through the trees to the shared private beach for swimming, sunbathing and beachcombing.

Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.
