we have a spacious bedroom with a full bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a kitchen where you will find everything necessary to make your stay an experience
a large balcony that can be accessed from the living room and the main double bedroom
the apartment has wifi for our guests and cold/hot air conditioning We also have a washing machine for use during their stay.
public transport is at the end of the street and the metro is just a few minutes from the apartment The neighbourhood enjoys supermarkets, shops and restaurants and other services.
we recommend moving on foot or by public transport You can also reach the city centre by bicycle or electric motorcycle.

- if the arrival day is 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 eur until 22:00, from 22:00 100 euros and after 1:00 150 euros
- the tourist tax in force in barcelona in 2023 will be applied (6.25€/person/night, for those over 16 years old and up to 7 nights).
- smoking is not permitted under any circumstances Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment or on the balcony.
- no parties or meetings are allowed under any circumstances If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of 500€ (in addition to the police fine).
the property will not be liable under any circumstances for thefts, burglaries or any removal of goods that may occur within the facilities of our tourist apartments
