about the accommodation
completely renovated in 2021, the studio (granny flat in a holiday home) with a small, fully equipped kitchenette and separate shower/wc is located high above lake maggiore in the village of gordemo
the covered seating area offers a marvellous view over lake maggiore as far as italy The small pool (in operation from around the end of May and shared with the upper flat) invites you to cool off and relax in summer. The surrounding area is characterised by vineyards, walls and small squares and offers a relaxing retreat at any time of day.
access is via approx 100 steps from the street. It is therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties or the elderly. A stair lift is available for the upper part. There is no private car park. However, there are plenty of parking spaces along Via Passaroro or on the village square.
