The third-floor primary suite includes private perks like a balcony and an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub. There's also a balcony outside of the fourth-floor bunk room.

a building registration fee includes six facility passes and three parking passes Children three and under do not require a facility pass. The fees are the following: January 1 - April 30 and October – December 31 = $100. May 1 - May 25 = $150. Sunday before Memorial Day, May 26 to Saturday after Labor Day, September 7 = $200. September 8 - September 30 = $150.
six facility passes are included with the rental Additional passes may be available at the community office for $70 per pass per week. Additional registration fee is charged by Sunset Island for select event weekends. Special event surcharges and dates are subject to change without notice.
for any stays booked less than 48 hours in advance during may 1 – september 30 will have an additional $25 charge
occupancy limits strictly enforced by the community
ocean city has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the department of the environment of the state of maryland (comar 2602.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
