Nowadays, the house has been rebuilt and renovated into several apartments. Access to a private patio with furniture and a barbecue is available at the entrance to the home. Additional seating options on the wooden deck that belongs to all the residents of the house next to the river that flows through the village and flows out just below into Pukaviksbukten.
