the hatcher house was originally constructed in 1870 A breezeway and a new wing with the master bedroom and bath was added in 2015. The original breezeway was screened in and has recently been fully enclosed by double-pane glass windows allowing for a comfortable heated and air-conditioned living space. This breezeway is also unique because it served as the set of a key scene in a 2019 film starring Will Smith called Gemini Man.
