Luxury newly remodeled home with perfect location and private fence in backyard above ground pool feels like home away from home. beautiful wood floors very spacious clean. stock with all the supplies you need in a home. central heat and a/c. lovely neighborhood. 5 minutes away from beach, pond, spa and grocery stores. 10 minutes away from downtown and shopping plazas. Property is dog friendly but there is a fee of $200 for each dog, $100 will be returned if dog poop is picked up from yard and if dogs were not on furniture. Late check out can be accommodated if available with fee. Adult supervision is required at alll times while children are in backyard Absolutely no hanging on walls or diving in pool. Smoking is allowed in Backyard only, Not in the front yard, And Never inside house. Cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for smoking inside or not using an Ashtray Outside..
